Account data

We store your name, email, password hash, active package access, account dates and login sessions on the site server. We do not store your plain password. The server uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie for login. Both administrators can manage the service.

Purchases

When you choose a package, we store your account, chosen package, $99 amount and purchase status. If you submit a Revolut receipt reference, both administrators can see it to verify payment. Card details are entered on Revolut checkout and are not stored by this site. Opening checkout or submitting a reference does not prove payment.

Messages and enquiries

Messages to Admin and KhmerMatch enquiries are stored for the administrators to read and reply. When email notifications are configured, the message details are also sent to both named admin email addresses through the site's email provider. An admin reply may be emailed to you. Avoid sending identity documents, payment-card numbers or sensitive private details through messages.

Local planning data

Readiness answers, saved homes, notes, budget settings and roadmap progress are stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes that device's copy.

Storage and requests

Server records remain until they are removed by an administrator or as part of a data maintenance process. To ask for access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact live.rich.cambodia@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate accounting or dispute purposes.
