Using the site

Live Rich Cambodia offers planning information, listings and optional paid packages. You must provide accurate details, use the site lawfully and protect your account credentials. We may remove fraudulent or abusive submissions.

Paid packages

Each listed information package costs $99 USD as a one-time purchase and grants access to that named section only. Buying one package does not unlock the others. There is no recurring subscription. Log in before checkout, retain your Revolut receipt and submit its transaction reference from My Account. Access is issued after an administrator independently confirms payment and the package selected. A checkout page opening, payment screenshot or unverified claim does not grant access.

Access and refunds

Package access is for the purchasing account and must not be shared or resold. If you paid but did not receive access, contact us with your purchase email and transaction reference. For an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact us promptly so we can review it. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

KhmerMatch

KhmerMatch is a separate guided service with a $350 USD fee for the described service after consultation. Sending an enquiry is free and creates no obligation to purchase. Participants must be 18 or older. Introductions and dates require the free agreement of both adults. No match, relationship, marriage, visa or other outcome is guaranteed. We may decline or end a service where safety or consent concerns arise.

Listings and information

Jobs, housing, prices, visa and work information may change. Confirm details directly with employers, landlords and relevant authorities before paying or committing. We do not guarantee a job, tenancy, immigration result or income. Site information and calculators are general planning aids and do not replace legal, immigration, financial, tax or medical advice.
