SOURCES & FRESHNESS

Know what is sourced, what is resident guidance and what still needs verification.

Professional planning tools should show the difference.

01Show the sourceImportant figures should be traceable.
02Show freshnessTime-sensitive data needs a review date.
03Separate evidenceLive ads, resident guidance and planning estimates are labelled differently.

Housing data

Rental cards on the Homes page link to public source advertisements and show the date they were checked. Resident price ranges are practical search guidance, not guaranteed signed-lease averages.

Live rental listings

A listing being visible when checked does not guarantee it is still available. Users should open the source, confirm the exact unit and verify price, utilities, deposit terms and landlord or agent authority before paying.

Guides

Relocation guides are planning checklists designed to tell users what to verify. They are not legal, immigration, medical, tax or financial advice.

Freshness standard

Any production data integration should show a source and a reviewed/updated date. Time-sensitive regulated information should link to the relevant official authority rather than being silently hard-coded.

NEXT STEP

Good data still needs context.

Use the planning tools to turn research into a decision.
